Right now no. I remember trying that a while ago where we made a "members uploads" section where any member could post their own links or movies but it didn't work as intended ... most of the topics were spam/bots with no real member uploads .. also a lot of duplicates were made and the links get deleted very soon so practically it is not a very good idea
